### What is Tratok Labs?
Tratok Labs is the developer platform of Tratok, the travel ecosystem built around the TRAT token. One API gives you hotel and car rental data, translation and Tara, Tratok's AI travel assistant, so you can build travel and hospitality apps in any programming language.

### Is the Tratok Labs API free?
Every developer gets 1,000 free requests a month for the hotel, car rental and translation APIs. After that, each request costs 0.01 TRAT. Tara AI is billed separately at 1 TRAT per 1,000 input tokens and 4 TRAT per 1,000 output tokens, and is never part of the free tier.

### How do I get an API key?
Create a free developer account, verify your email and submit your app for review. Once it is approved you receive an app ID and secret, which you send with each POST request to https://developer.tratok.net/data.php.

### How do I pay for usage?
Send TRAT, Tratok's ERC-20 token on Ethereum, to the deposit address shown in your dashboard. Deposits are detected on the blockchain and credited automatically, and each paid request is deducted from your balance.
